Controversy Behind India Prime Minister Death : Lal Bahadur Shastri

How did India Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri die? What happened between Lal Bahadur Shastri and General Ayub Khan? After Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru passed away in 1964, Lal Bahadur Shastri was elected prime minister of India. After the 1962 Indo-China War, the nation was experiencing economic difficulty when it assumed power. The largest obstacle he encountered came just over a year after taking office when Pakistan launched an invasion of India under the leadership of General Ayub Khan.

Shastri provided the “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan” rallying cry and oversaw India’s successful military campaign during the conflict. On June 30, 1965, India and Pakistan agreed to a cease-fire.

On January 10, Lal Bahadur Shastri and General Ayub Khan met in Tashkent to sign an agreement pledging that both parties would use all necessary means to maintain cordial relations. However, a few hours after the contract was signed, A sudden death occurred for Shastri. Even though the Prime Minister’s death is still a mystery, the physicians said he had multiple heart attacks

Lal Bahadur Shastri signed the Tashkent Agreement on January 10, 1966.

Shastri had traveled to Tashkent with veteran journalist Kuldip Nayar on his side. He described the events that took place on January 11, 1966, in his book. Nayar claimed that a Russian woman who said, “Your prime minister is dying,” woke him up in the middle of the night. He prepared himself and made his way to Kuldip’s guesthouse, which was far from Shastri’s dacha. Alexei Kosygin, the Soviet premier, lifted his hand as Shastri entered the verandah to indicate his departure.

Nayar described the dining room behind the verandah where a group of medical professionals was cross-examining Dr. R.N. Chugh, who had accompanied Shastri. India Prime Minister, Shastri’s room was close by. It was incredibly huge. His body was shaped like a dot on the enormous bed. On the carpeted floor, he neatly arranged his footwear. He hadn’t applied them.

However, there was an overturned thermos flask on a dressing table in a corner of the room. Shastri seems to have had difficulty opening it. The administration claimed there was no buzzer in Shastri’s room when criticized in Parliament for failing to save his life. Nayar stated in an interview with News18 in 2015 that there was no post-mortem performed after his passing.

In New Delhi, mourners gather by Lal Bahadur Shastri’s body.

India Prime Minister Shastri’s demise was caused in part by a US spy agency

In 1996, Robert Trumbull Crowley, a former CIA agent, asserted that the US intelligence service was responsible for Shastri’s demise. The information was revealed in a conversation with journalist Gregory Douglas that was published in Conversations With The Crow. Shastri was also defeated by us. One more raghead who loves cows. Gregory, you claim to be unaware of these folks. Believe me, they were on the verge of getting a bomb, so what if they just nuked their dangerous Pakistani adversaries?

Lalita Shastri, the former prime minister’s wife, requested an investigation into his passing in 1970. The family was angry that Ram Nath, the Prime Minister’s butler, and not Jan Mohammad, the chef of the Indian ambassador to Russia, TN Kaul, had prepared the meal. In 1977, he and doctor RN Chugh were scheduled to testify before a parliamentary commission. But a truck ran over the doctor, his wife, and their two sons. Ram Nath, on the other hand, was struck by a car and was rendered memoryless.

MYSTERY: WHY NAZCA LINES IN PERU ARE UNSOLVED?

An RTI request for the declassification of papers about Shastri’s passing was submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in 2009. Surprisingly, the PMO stated there was only one case-related document that was kept a secret for security reasons.
