Nandi Rameshwara Rao’s professional career started even before he finished his studies. While pursuing his degree, he got a job opportunity in the Bharathiya Vidhya Kendram school, where he worked as a mathematics and physics teacher. During this time, he also worked for tuition centers to help students achieve good marks in exams and to support his family financially.

Rameshwara Rao’s real estate career started when he became frustrated with the challenges he faced with real estate agents in India. When he purchased his first house, he was confused by various inputs given by real estate agents, well-wishers, document writers, etc. He faced various challenges with the real estate property purchasing process due to a lack of proper knowledge in the real estate field. He then decided to take the real estate field seriously to help new real estate property buyers who want to buy a house or commercial property overcome the challenges they may encounter during the real estate property registration.

Nandi Rameshwara Rao’s first job in the real estate industry was with a leading real estate company. He had to take care of all the responsibilities, such as marketing, sales, business development, public relationships, and more, for a 100-acre project. He successfully finished the project in just three years.

After this, Nandi Rameshwara Rao decided to start his own real estate venture. He successfully sold that property to clients and gained a profit of 400%. Besides working for his real estate business, he conducts webinars, workshops, and events to provide training to aspiring real estate agents, brokers, and real estate businesses to achieve success in the real estate industry.
